Gil Kapen spent ten years on Capitol Hill as a senior staff member with a major committee in the US House of Representatives. In that capacity, he developed crucial contacts on Capitol Hill, in the Federal Government, and in the diplomatic and business communities. He subsequently developed a business consulting practice and has worked with several major corporations and lobbying firms in the fields of technology, business promotion, and contracting.
